How to Microbrewery Start-up
1. ProblemI wonder why millions of Thai beer drinker got to drink just 2-3 national brand for such a long time. While the rest of the world got to enjoy more variety of tasteful craft beer. In the US alone they have more than 2,000 local craft beer. In Japan the number of craft beer is exploding. So I think it's about time for Thai to join the world trend of craft beer. Definitely we will use our strength in craftsmanship into beer making process. The benefits are many folds. The obvious one is to help creating a new business opportunity for Thai local craft brewery. By drinking local craft beer. we are supporting our local economy instead of the imported beer. Also it is good for our tourist industry and of course our economy as a whole.
As you know that malted grain is one of the beer important ingredient. By promoting craft beer industry, we find a way to add more value to the vast volume of agriculture produced. Therefore, it is good for our local farmer.
